Medical Report (for work and residence visa) 10. For children below 15 years of age, Polio certificate is required. If travelling. E. Loss of visa stamped passport visa 1. Original Passport 2. Two passport Size Photographs (3.5 x 4.5) having white background. 3. Passport Validity not less than 06 months 4. Request Letter from the Sponsor duly attested by the Chamber of Commerce requesting Re-Entry in lieu of loss of Passport 5. Copy of Lost Passport 6. Copy of IQAMAH (Residence Permit) 7. Copy of FIR with English translation 8. Loss of Passport information should be published in a daily Newspaper. A copy of the Newspaper containing this information is required

Employment Letter in Original from Hospital in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia G. Study Visa 1. Original Passport 2. Two passport Size Photographs (3.5 x 4.5) having white background. 3. Passport Validity not less than 06 months 4. Confirmation Letter of Approval of admission in the University 5. Medical Fitness Certificate from GCC Approved Medical Centre 6. Original Certificates duly attested by HRD and Ministry of External Affairs 7. For Nepali Applicants, Approval Letter from Nepal Embassy is a must H. Working Visit 1. Original Passport 2. Two passport Size Photographs (3.5 x 4.5) having white background. 3. Passport Validity not less than 06 months 4. Employment Contract from Saudi employer duly attested by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia 5. Covering Letter from Current employer stating the Purpose of Visit to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 6. Visa Recommendation Letter from Indian Chamber of Commerce 7. Copy of all Educational Certificates
I Business Visit Visa
1. Original Passport 2. Two passport Size Photographs (3.5 x 4.5) having white background. 3. Passport Validity not less than 06 months 4. Company Registration (C.R.) copy of Sponsor Company 5. Covering letter on the letter head of India company (Stating the nature of business, designation of the visitor in the company, purpose of visit and duration of Stay in the Kingdom, should be signed by authorized signatory other than visitor) 6. Recommendation letter from any one of the Indian Chambers of Commerce in favor of the Applicant. 7. Electronic Invitation Letter from Sponsor duly attested by Saudi Chamber of Commerce, specifying duration of stay in the Kingdom and Entry Type (Single/Multiple) Note: Visa stamping process from Saudi Arabia (New Delhi) Four working days & (Mumbai) 6 working days.
NB: The requirement of the documents may be change in later stage or by the Saudi Embassy/Consulate at any time.
